STATE MANDATED STAY AT HOME ORDER
Under the mandate, Sky Climber Access Solutions of Chicago is considered an essential business operation and will continue to operate normally to offer services for our customers who provide essential services to the community. Many of our employees are working from home and will continue to do so until further notice. Those who provide service to our customers at their location will continue to work using proper preventative measures.
- Essential Services & Operations are permitted to remain open per the Executive Order. These include: Health Care Facilities, Pharmacies, Hospitals, Grocery Stores, Restaurants (take out only), Gas Stations, Financial Institutions, Hardware and Supply Stores, Critical Trades (Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC, etc.), Construction, (including but not limited to home construction), Mail and Shipping/Delivery Services, Laundry Services, Suppliers for Essential Business Operations, Transportation, Manufacturers, Distributors and Supply Chain for Critical Products and Industries.
We are taking this mandate very seriously. In a situation where you require an emergency response, please let us know so we may respond accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation during this period of adjustment.
Our warehouse will remain open, and includes a curbside pickup/drop off option.
This new service eliminates physically entering the warehouse area, providing a safe and convenient way to pick up material while reducing the risk to our customers and employees. This new service will remain in effect in a similar manner as restaurants carry-out regulations.
Businesses need to adapt, be creative and remain flexible to process customer requirements, while providing a safe environment and limiting exposure to the coronavirus.

Placing the Order:

Option #2. Visit any Sky Climber Access Solutions location and a dedicated phone number will be posted on the door for you to call your order in for pick up. Click HERE for a list of regional branch phone addresses.
Option #3. Submit an order online HERE.
Provide at the time of order: Name and cell phone number of the individual picking up the order.
Time of Pick Up: Once your order is placed, we’ll call or send you a text to let you know when your order is ready for pick up. This service also extends to returns and exchanges.
When you Arrive: When you arrive call the location your picking up at, and we will load up your vehicle.
