Le Mirage City Walk is a 400-room Marriott Executive Apartments Hotel.
Located in the Bin Mahmoud District in the heart of downtown Doha’s Central Business District, Le Mirage City Walk provides sweeping views of Doha whilst providing residents with access to a wide range of fashion boutiques, high end restaurants and head offices of most important companies represented in Qatar.
Le Mirage City Walks’ façade access solution consists of 2 identical permanently installed telescopic Sky Climber BMUs. The BMUs are installed one on each 15-storey tower. They are installed on a dedicated 17m long steel at roof level to access track and are equipped with a telescopic jib which can extend up to 30m length in order to cover all façades of the entire building complex.
The BMU fully complies with European Norm EN1808 and is therefore fitted with a restraint system and a computerized stop system to pause the cradle at the selected height.
