Pilosio’s FlyDeck: The Italian Suspended Structure Conquers the Overseas Market
A strategic partnership has been sealed with Sky Climber from Delaware, Ohio. The agreement, officially finalized yesterday in Texas, will allow the Tavagnacco-based company to bring its suspended structure to North America.
Pilosio, a leading Italian company specializing in innovative scaffolding and suspended systems, is now expanding into America, bringing its cutting-edge FlyDeck suspended platform to a new and even wider market.
A strategic partnership with the American giant Sky Climber, a global leader in access solutions, in Tavagnacco (Udine) facilitates this expansion. The official partnership was announced yesterday at SAIA 2025 in Texas, America’s most important annual trade show for the scaffolding and access industry. This event is known for showcasing the biggest innovations worldwide.
While the American company has primarily been known for its extensive experience in vertical access until now, with Pilosio’s patented FlyDeck suspended system, Sky Climber is now setting its course towards horizontal access. This avant-garde solution prioritizes safety and efficiency, even on the most complex construction sites.

With FlyDeck, which SkyClimber will distribute through its 10 locations across North America, the leading American company will expand its operations beyond infrastructure to include the commercial sector. Indeed, an increasing number of data centers across the continent require suspended access structures like Pilosio’s FlyDeck for the maintenance of their technological equipment.
Beyond equipment sales, the partnership also aims to create a 360-degree service offering for all professionals working at height. This comprehensive service will include technical consulting, rental, sales, and training—all activities that Pilosio has successfully provided in Europe and is now set to bring overseas with its American counterparts.
The signing of the partnership took place recently at Pilosio’s headquarters in Tavagnacco, between Nereo Parisotto, Pilosio President, and Kelly Winkler, Sky Climber CEO & President. They were joined by George Anasis, Sky Climber Chairman, and John Callahan, Sky Climber BDM.
Also present were Alessandro Zanatta, Pilosio’s General Manager; Tommaso Bordignon, CFO; and Silvi Miloti, Chief Legal Officer. Joining them was Francesca Fuser, Business Development Manager (BDM) for Pilosio UK, who managed the relationship and contributed significantly to the agreement.
Furthermore, Francesco De Martino, CEO of Pilosio Building Materials LLC in the United Arab Emirates, and Alice Liao, CCO of Pilosio Japan and Taiwan, were in attendance, providing crucial support to the Italian team in finalizing the international agreement.
The Sky Climber group had the chance to observe and test the FlyDeck on exceptional construction sites, like the one under the A13 bridge over the Po River, during a three-day full immersion. There, the suspended structure was set up alongside a specialized system for environmental protection against processing waste: BlueSky.
“This partnership represents a strategic step forward for Sky Climber and the customers we serve,” said Kelly Winkler, CEO & President of Sky Climber. “Pilosio’s engineering and product innovation are matched by their integrity, professionalism, and deep commitment to the jobsite. FlyDeck is more than just a new system—it’s the outcome of a company that actively listens to the field’s needs and builds with purpose. We’re proud to offer the FlyDeck system exclusively in North America and to stand alongside a partner whose values align so closely with our own. Together, we are raising the standard for suspended access across the region.”
“We started discussions with Sky Climber at the beginning of the year, undertaking several initiatives. Among these, the visits to one of our construction sites and subsequently to our facility were undoubtedly effective, as they reinforced their confidence in the quality of our product, our processes, and our materials,” comments Francesca Fuser, BDM of Pilosio UK. “This culminated in the signing of this significant Italian-American partnership, achieved in a challenging current climate, which nonetheless prioritizes product quality and Italian professionalism.”
The partnership represents a major accomplishment for both companies. Pilosio, with its cutting-edge solutions prioritizing safety and efficiency even on the most complex construction sites, will share its know-how with Sky Climber’s extensive network and market expertise, benefiting the American market as well.
For Sky Climber, the agreement adds a new dimension to its portfolio: by integrating Pilosio’s innovative FlyDeck product, it will be able to offer its North American clients an even wider range of state-of-the-art solutions, further strengthening its position as an industry leader.
“This synergy, combining Pilosio’s technological excellence with Sky Climber’s dominant market position, is set to create a powerful new force in the construction and industrial sectors of North America,” comments Nereo Parisotto, Pilosio President. “It’s a collaboration that reflects a shared commitment to enhancing safety and operational performance across the entire industry, meeting the growing demand for suspended access systems, now also in North America.”
