Description

Made of high-quality stainless steel, the CLAW cable runner is suitable for vertical access to higher or lower workplaces on fall protection systems with 8-10 mm or 5/16 to 3/8 inch stainless steel cables. It is particularly characterized by its excellent running abilities, which enable the user to ascend and descend without becoming exhausted.

The wire rope cable runner travels along with the rope and has a sophisticated triple safety mechanism: the internal mechanical locking mechanism prevents incorrect attachment, while the external mechanical locking mechanism allows opening only with both hands. In addition, a symbol warns the user if the rope is put on incorrectly. In the event of a fall or slip of the ascending person, CLAW locks immediately and the strap energy absorber reduces the forces.

CLAW is certified to EN 353-1:2014+A1:2017 and ANSI Z359.16:2016, ANSI/ASSE A14.3-08, CSA Z259.2.5-17, OSHA and secures a maximum of one person weighing 50 to 150 kg.
