Horizontal Life Lines

A horizontal lifeline is a component in both fall arrest systems and fall restraint systems. They consist of a strong cable attached to two or more anchor points, which allows for the attachment of a safety harness and lanyard system. With these systems, the user can freely walk and do his/her work along the rope or the rail, without having to unhook from the intermediate anchors and curved elements.

Description

Permanent horizontal fall arrest systems are used for securing people in areas where there is a risk of falling when moving on horizontal grounds.  These traversable wire rope safety systems are usually stretched in along fall edges and is easily guided around corners and obstacles with special curve elements.  Installed using standard tools and pre-assembled elements, fastening is simple and efficient.
